Cherry bell peppers (also known as cherry chilies, or pimiento peppers when larger) are smaller, nearly spherical thick-walled peppers that are deep orange to vibrant red in color. They're sweet to slightly spicy, with a Scoville range of 100-3,500, and are often pickled.
