Baby Celery

Commodity Overview

Baby celery differs from conventionally grown celery in several ways. Baby celery is most often greenhouse grown, and instead of having a milder flavor (as many baby vegetables do) baby celery features a more intense flavor. Instead of a few large stalks, baby celery boasts thin stalks with very leafy tops, which is where most of the flavor resides.
