Zutano avocados are pear-shaped with shiny, thin yellow-green skins that don't change color when fully ripe and are somewhat more difficult to peel than other varieties. They have light-textured, pale green flesh around a pear-shaped seed. Their higher water content and lower oil content gives them a mild, somewhat watery taste.
