May is National Salad Month, and it seems U.S. consumers already have a jump on enjoying these light, healthful treats. Here's what retail data shows about consumer preferences when it comes to a dish of leafy greens.
Earthbound Farm is celebrating 40 years of organic farming with new offerings, including its organic salad kits featuring dressings made with 100% organic avocado oil and its limited-harvest Wild Red Arugula blend.
The Asian Apple Salad Kit and the Twisted Caesar Creamy Truffle Caesar Chopped Salad Kit are now available.
The salad kits, featuring greenhouse-grown lettuce as well as toppings and dressings, are now available at select Kroger and Jewel-Osco stores, with additional distribution in early 2024.
Convenience and an ever-expanding array of varieties keep consumers coming back for more.
