Walmart currently offers grocery delivery from more than 800 stores, and the service will be added at 800 more stores this year, according to a news release.

“Customers love our grocery delivery service,” Tom Ward, senior vice president of digital operations for Walmart U.S., said in the release. “As they are busy managing jobs, soccer practice, dance lessons and social schedules, we are on a mission to do more than keep a little extra money in their pockets. With the help of these new delivery partners, we’re making grocery shopping even easier by bringing the everyday low prices of Walmart right to the front door of customers.”

Walmart also offers grocery pickup at 2,100 stores, with the service expected to be added at 1,000 more stores this year.

Personal shoppers who fulfill online orders complete a three-week training program on how to select the best produce and cuts of meat.
