Cranberries peak in November and December. Keep consumers coming back to produce with some fresh merchandising tips:

Why not mangoes?  
The National Mango Board has a new point-of-sale card with a recipe tear pad featuring Mango Cranberry Sauce for a new take on this holiday favorite.

Build a Bog 
While most fresh market cranberries are actually dry harvested, a small “bog” display can draw attention and create a conversation about fresh cranberries. These displays must be closely monitored for freshness, and to keep other items from taking a dunk.

Tell the Story
This display at Trader Joe's offers a glimpse into the farming community where cranberries are grown, as well as offering insight into the health benefits of cranberries. Like their category brethren, cranberries pack a healthful punch.

Break out of Berries 
Though they are technically a berry, cranberries don't often pair with the others in the category. Schnuck Markets put fresh cranberries with celery, an obvious pairing for holiday cooking.

Holiday Décor 
Cranberries are hardy with a deep red color, and were often used for Christmas garlands and other décor. They pair well with floral displays.
