Bell peppers enjoy popularity in a wide variety of restaurants thanks to their vibrant colors, sweet taste and compelling crunch.

This vegetable is on the menu at 24% of quick-service restaurants, 28% of fast-casual, 44% of midscale, 40% of casual and 25% of fine dining, according to the Fresh Insights for Foodservice Winter 2021 report from the United Fresh Produce Association.
