Stocked with colorful value-added veggies, packaged salads and more, one Pennsylvania ShopRite has launched Fresh to Table, an innovative store-within-a-store concept offering customers fresh, on-trend foods, easy to prepare ingredients and meal solutions in a variety of grab-and-go formats.
The ShopRite of Warminster, located at 942 West Street Road in Warminster, Pa., designed the Fresh to Table concept within the store's existing footprint.
Fresh to Table reinvents and reimagines traditional produce and fresh departments to provide inspired, high-quality options and ingredients for shoppers looking for a one-stop shop meal experience, the company says. These include sections with ready-to-cook items, ready-to-heat and ready-to-eat meals. The multipurpose space also features new and innovative foods from ShopRite's Own Brands lines, including ShopRite's award-winning Bowl & Basket and Wholesome Pantry items.

“We are excited to launch Fresh to Table as it offers a whole new way for customers to access fresh foods and take home easy-to-prepare meals,” Deborah Cowhey, the owner and operator of the ShopRite of Warminster, a family-owned and -operated business, said in the release. “The store-within-a-store concept provides a wide selection of wholesome seasonal foods, an outstanding variety of products and a convenient solution to help our customers find the meal solutions they are looking for at the best possible price.”
Other highlights of the Fresh to Table shopping experience combine the best of ShopRite's ready-made meal expertise with foods and ingredients curated by ShopRite chefs and procured from departments across the store, including meat, seafood, produce, bakery and more.
The Fresh to Table space is designed to provide easy-to-prepare entrees and dinner solutions for shoppers. Additionally, shoppers can also access Fresh to Table meals, snacks and produce through the store's online grocery service.
