Shopper perspective: Why do you buy (or not buy) organics?

by Ashley Nickle, Jan 17, 2020

Anne-Marie Roerink, principal of 210 Analytics, joins Produce Retailer editor Ashley Nickle to discuss what she's heard from consumers about why they buy organic food — or why they don't buy organic food.

Roerink has presented data on shopper attitudes about organic, but she's also spoken one-on-one with people she meets throughout her travels. These video interviews give a different level of insight into the thought process around the purchase.
