When was the last time you evaluated the look of your garlic display? I pulled photos from a recent trek through Europe, just to see how garlic display and presentation varies from what we typically see in the U.S.
For one, longer stems were present across the board, and in Italian stores, the long stems typically accompanied delicious smells. In Croatia, a few heads were braided together on displays, with tags hooked around the stems. Nearly every country offered multiple varieties on display, too.
