Prices are low; stocks are plentiful. Quality is very good: internal burn, sunscald and wind damage are occasional issues being trimmed at the field level. MFC Premium Green Leaf Lettuce is available.
The market is weak; Salinas Valley volume is high. Quality is very good: internal burn and fringe burn are occasional issues being trimmed at the field level. MFC Premium Romaine Lettuce is available.
The market will continue to inch down through the rest of May and early June. Volume is climbing in both the Santa Maria and Salinas/Watsonville regions. The Oxnard season is winding down. Quality is very good due to more sunshine and warm weather; berry size is growing while color is deepening. MFC Strawberries are now available in our recyclable cardboard clamshells.
The market is low. Mexican volume has increased; fruit will be shipped through June. The Texas season is just getting started. Sugar levels range from 12 to 13 Brix.
Prices are weak. Production continues to increase in Baja, Mexico and Florida. MFC Cucumbers are available.

The market is weak. Washington storage supplies will ship through late May. MFC Red and Yellow Onions will ship out of California's Imperial Valley through early June. The New Mexico season for MFC Red and Yellow Onions is just getting started.
The market is weak; demand is moderate. Volume is high in both growing regions. Quality is very good: stalks are firm and bunches are tightly packed, but hollow core is an occasional issue typical of this time of year. MFC Broccoli is available.
