The New York Apple Association says Nancy Fuller, a celebrity chef on the Food Network and host of the “Farmhouse Rules” show, will contribute to the association’s social media content this fall starting this month.

NYAA said Fuller will create a culinary delight featuring New York apples in November.

Fuller, who is also the author of the cookbook “Farmhouse Rules: Simple, Seasonal Meals for the Whole Family,” lives in a 17th-century farmhouse in New York’s picturesque Hudson Valley where the association she continues to draw inspiration for her cooking and business ventures, according to a news release. Her warm, charismatic personality and dedication to family and community have endeared her to fans and colleagues alike, NYAA said.

Fuller's culinary journey began in her family’s kitchen where she developed an appreciation for wholesome, home-cooked meals. She incorporates the freshest and best ingredients in her recipes.

“I am fortunate to live near several New York apple growers,” Fuller said in the release. “Many of them are personal friends. I either pluck the apples right from the tree or gather them from a nearby grocer. The best recipes begin with the best ingredients, and New York apples are full of flavor."

Fuller also is the co-owner of Ginsberg’s Foods, a multibillion-dollar food distribution company she runs with her husband that provides food products, including New York apples to restaurants and institutions such as schools.

“We are excited for the opportunity to add Nancy’s culinary touch to our social media lineup. We know consumers are going to be thrilled when they learn the news,” Cynthia Haskins, president and CEO of the New York Apple Association, said in the release.
