Amber Foods Inc., Fresno, Calif., specializes in products for the foodservice industry but launched its first retail item in August — a classic Fruit Luau Salad.
It contains a blend of sweet honeydew and cantaloupe cubes, juicy orange sections, crisp red seedless grapes and “refreshing, tangy pineapple,” says Melissa Steward, director of marketing.
