New Product Review — Plant-based dips from spinach artichoke to snickerdoodle

In normal years, the Produce Marketing Association's Fresh Summit event presents the opportunity to explore dozens of innovative fruit and vegetable products being launched at the show. In many cases, samples are provided.

With a virtual showcase in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we still wanted a chance to try out some of the new items coming available from produce marketers around the country. 

Fresh Cravings is introducing new plant-based dips and salsa at the virtual event. Featured products include:

  • Spinach artichoke
  • French onion
  • Snickerdoodle
  • Classic hummus
  • Roasted garlic hummus
  • Sweet and spicy mild salsa
  • Pico de gallo medium salsa
