Copy editor and designer Amelia Freidline and retail editor Ashley Nickle discuss purchase statistics for celery and why millennials report buying the vegetable less than other generations.

Only 33% of millennials bought celery in the past 12 months, according to The Packer's Fresh Trends consumer research. The number goes up to 54% among people 40-49, up to 60% for people 50-58, and up to 66% for people 59 and older.
