Jim Bonaminio, the founder of Jungle Jim's International Markets, will give the keynote address at the Crosset Co.'s annual produce and floral conference.
Crosset describes Bonaminio as a “notoriously adventurous” entrepreneur and “marketing maverick with a healthy disregard for the status quo.” He also brings a common-sense approach to problem-solving and has an open-door policy for management and staff, according to a news release.
“We are very excited that Jim is available to jumpstart the educational series at our 2019 produce and floral conference,” Greg Kurkjian, Crosset vice president and general manager, said in the release. “Creating unique, engaging in-store experiences is essential to retailer differentiation, building shopper loyalty and stimulating impulse purchases.
