Fresh fruits and vegetables, salad options galore and plant-based fare are all part of Southern California’s Bristol Farms Newfound Market. The recently opened, nearly 34,000-square-foot store located at the Irvine Spectrum Center comes as the Carson, Calif.-based grocer marks its 40th anniversary.
Produce and plant-based foods are woven throughout the new store’s seven chef-created restaurant brands, serving dishes made with local and global ingredients.
Bristol Farms said the driving forces behind the innovative menus at the seven venues are Director of Culinary Dennis Horton and restaurant veteran Dan Evon of Stella Barra, Mon Ami Gabi, M Street Kitchen, Cafe Gratitude, Gracias Madre, Lettuce Entertain You, and more.
"Bristol Farms has a special place in the Southern California food landscape, and we are building upon that history," Dan Evon, vice president of culinary and general manager of Bristol Farms Newfound Market, said in a release.
