Meal kit company HelloFresh has expanded its retail lineup, with new items including Teriyaki Beef Tacos, Truffle Steak, Honey Sriracha Chicken, Meatloaf Balsamico and Creamy Tomato Penne.
Prices start at $14.99 and take less than 30 minutes to cook, according to the company. Retailers carrying HelloFresh include Giant, Hannaford, H-E-B, Fareway and others, with kits more than 500 locations.
The kits are often merchandised near the deli section, according to HelloFresh.
Based on the company’s descriptions of the dishes, each meal has a produce component, from mashed potatoes to green beans to Brussels sprouts to pineapple salsa and pickled onion.
HelloFresh expanded in 2018 by purchasing fellow meal kit companies Chefs Plate and Green Chef.
