Two produce industry veterans have been named country sales managers for Brazil, Peru and Chile in a move intended to enhance the company's presence in those markets.

The Toronto-based app marketplace says Chris Taylor is a strategic hire for its next phase of growth, bringing diverse financial leadership experience that will help bring the company to financial maturity.

Jennifer Scott joined the company in 2016 and most recently served as its director of community relations and charitable giving.

The volunteer leaders will be confirmed by a ballot shared with the membership and begin their board service at the 2024 Global Fresh Produce and Floral Show, Oct. 17-19, in Atlanta.

Rebecca Lupfer, who most recently served as chief financial officer, will lead all aspects of merchandising for the Carlisle, Pa.-based company, as well as commercial planning and pricing.
