Bakersfield, Calif.-based Grimmway Farms features a video highlighting carrot and organic vegetable production. The video calls out the company's sustainable practices and brands at retail as well as prepared product in various dishes.
The booth also featured a public chat for conversation among booth visitors.
Selma, Calif.-based PureFresh Sales showcases California fuyu persimmons it markets under the Simmis brand. The booth features large imagery of the fruit and emphasizes that the persimmons are ready to eat. The booth directs visitors to learn more about the company at its website.
PureFresh also markets stone fruit, kiwifruit, pomegranates, Asian pears, figs and more, according to the site.
The Toronto, Ontario-based Mother Raw brand, made by Reunion Foods, features a video of product reviews by consumers of its dressings, including Lemon Tahini, Poppy Seed and Goji Berry options. The company has a link to its full lineup, which includes more salad dressings and dips, quesos and condiments.
Consumers featured in the product review video said the labels of the products called out certain ingredients as organic and that all ingredients were easy to pronounce.
