United Natural Foods Inc. says it has extended its wholesale grocery distribution partnership with Whole Foods Market by entering into an eight-year extension agreement with the company to serve as the primary distributor.
The distribution relationship is now set to run until May 2032, replacing the term of the prior agreement, which was set to expire September 2027, according to the news release.

UNFI is a North American grocery wholesaler delivering a variety of fresh, branded and owned brand products to more than 30,000 locations throughout North America, including natural product superstores, independent retailers, conventional supermarket chains, e-commerce providers and foodservice customers.
