Sprouts Farmers Market to host first-ever sustainability vendor summit

Phoenix, Ariz.-based Sprouts Farmers Market will host its first-ever Sustainability Vendor Summit June 21-24, as part of the company’s commitment in bringing responsibly grown and sourced food to shoppers. There will be a focus on Our Brands products.

The virtual event is hosted in partnership with ECRM and RangeMe. The first company’s name stands for Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing Co. and offers a forum for buyers and sellers to communicate. RangeMe is the online platform integrated into the ECRM product offering.

This partnership will allow Sprouts to discover new suppliers to support the continued expansion of Sprouts-branded items in departments, including­ grocery, produce, frozen, deli, bulk foods, meat and seafood, and vitamins and supplements. The specialty retailers of fresh, natural and organic food operates more than 380 stores in 23 states nationwide.
