ANAHEIM, Calif. — The Packer caught up with Northland Potato Growers Association at the International Fresh Produce Association’s recent Global Produce and Floral Show to learn more about what makes potatoes from the Red River Valley unique.

The family farmers of the Red River Valley benefit from the region’s black soils, which Northland Potato Growers Association board member TJ Hall says produces spectacular spuds.
