Chef'd sent me a couple of their new meal kits to try in the kitchen, and I have to say they deliver on the experience I'm hoping to get out of meal kits: exciting recipes and new cooking experiences.
Check out the new retail packaging, too. I had zero problems with ingredients mixing, unlike my long and frustrating saga with with Blue Apron. It's hard to believe that was two years ago already.
Chef'd is growing rapidly at retail. They launched at Gelson's in Southern California back in August, and expect to be in more than 1,000 retail locations by this summer.
