Mastronardi Produce has shared plans for its product showcase at the upcoming 2025 Canadian Produce Marketing Association Convention and Trade Show in Montreal, April 8-10.
The company invites attendees to visit booth No. 807 to experience its new Secilia Tomatoes and Canadian-grown Sunset Summer Delight Strawberries. Other products it will present include Bombs Squad tomato on the vine medley, Aloha Peppers, and Backyard Farms Green Leaf Lettuce in new resealable bag packaging.
“We’re always excited to be part of the CPMA’s convention and trade show; it’s a fantastic event to connect with customers in an exciting way,” Geoff Kosar, vice president of marketing at Mastronardi Produce, said in a news release.
The company highlighted its latest Sunset product that will be on display at the convention: Secilia Tomatoes. It described the tomatoes as aromatic, strawberry shaped and having “a subtly sweet flavor profile.”
The company added that Secilia Tomatoes not only enhance the visual appeal of meals but also provide a burst of flavor that will leave a lasting impression.
Mastronardi Produce will also highlight its Sunset Summer Delight strawberries at the conference. It described the Canadian-grown berries as having a “delightful sweetness” and being ideal for desserts and salads or enjoyed on their own.
Sunset is also celebrating over 30 years of its Campari cocktail tomatoes. Attendees at the CPMA show will have a preview of the new celebratory packaging and can learn about consumer promotions planned for later this year.
Mastronardi Produce says the CPMA show offers the perfect platform to showcase its latest brand innovations and connect with retailers. Additionally, with consumers becoming more conscious of where their fresh produce is grown and the impact of their food purchases, the company says it is proud to highlight its Canadian roots at the CPMA show.
The company has been family-operated for over 70 years, with offices and greenhouses in Canada dedicated to providing Canadians with flavorful and fresh produce, the release said.
