Cincinnati-based Kroger Co. reportedly plans to expand its Prep + Pared in-house meal kits to nearly 40 stores by the end of September.
According to local media reports, the brand is expanding to five stores beginning Sept. 2, and expects to roll out to stores in Cincinnati and Dayton over the next four weeks.
Prep + Pared kits are priced around $15, and include everything needed for a two-serving meal in 20 minutes or less.
