CEDAR PARK, Texas--When I hear talk of retailers providing meal solutions, my local H.E. Butt Co. is obviously listening.
Over the past few weeks, the HEB Plus store I regularly shop gutted some cases in a large open space between produce, meat, seafood and dairy for a huge expansion if its Meal Simple Chef Inspired meal solutions.
But not only that, there are meal solutions all over the store, especially in produce.
I walk in to produce and find this -- one of the first produce-related breakfast solution I've ever seen:
And guess what? They had it in the egg department, too!
And here are all of the "noodles," both national and house brands.
"Lunch" options.
Stuffed peppers and more noodles.
They've had items like these for a while, but it seems like the selection is expanding. 
Grillable cauliflower? Oh yeah.
Here's the new HUGE Meal Simple station. The clerk told me that these are made in-house.
