Frieda’s says it will showcase its lineup of nutrient-packed superfoods and innovative merchandising strategies at the Global Produce and Floral Show in Atlanta, Oct. 17-19.
Consumers are more health-conscious than ever, seeking out fresh, flavorful foods that support their well-being, and Frieda's selection of superfoods are crafted to meet this demand, according to a news release. Frieda's said these naturally nutrient-dense offerings stand out visually and pack a punch in terms of health benefits and versatility, helping retailers capture the growing interest in wellness-driven eating.
“Our products are packed with superpowers,” Alex Jackson, vice president of sales and marketing for Frieda’s, said in the release. “We’re proud to offer a diverse selection of fresh produce that not only tastes great but brings real nutritional value to the table. Retailers can count on our lineup to drive sales and inspire consumers to make healthier choices.”
At the show, Frieda’s said it will also highlight ways to leverage the superfoods in merchandising. Retailers can create eye-catching displays that educate shoppers on the health benefits of the products while showcasing their versatility in everything from daily meals to celebratory occasions, the release said.
Frieda's said its booth, No. B2439, will focus on key superfoods like organic Stokes purple sweetpotatoes, known for their vibrant color and rich antioxidant profile, as well as organic Mahana ginger and organic Mighty Gold turmeric, each celebrated for their wellness properties. With Frieda’s products, retailers can offer shoppers nutrient-dense ingredients that support a health-forward lifestyle, the company said.
“The interest in health and wellness continues to grow,” Jackson said. “Consumers want food that fuels their bodies, and our superfood lineup offers both the nutrition and flavor to keep them coming back for more. Whether it's boosting immune health with ginger and turmeric or creating satisfying meals with Stokes Purple Sweet Potatoes, we’re giving retailers the tools they need to meet this growing demand.”
