Downers Grove, Ill.-based Fresh Thyme Farmers Market plans to add its sixth location in the Twin Cities in a mixed-use property near the University of Minnesota in March 2018.
According to an article in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market plans to add two to three new stores in the Twin Cities, though it did not announce any other new locations.
Fresh Thyme first entered Minnesota in 2015, in Bloomington, and now operates stores in Apple Valley, Plymouth, Savage, Vadnais Heights and St. Cloud, with a store in St. Louis Park slated for a fall opening.
The company opened 20 stores total in 2016, and plans to open 20 in 2017.
