Established on May 18, 1974, life-long East Windsor resident Francis Revay and his wife, Lorraine, welcomed their first customers to a small fruit, vegetable and garden stand. More than forty years later, with numerous expansions, the business is overseen by their daughter, Kathy Hart and son-in-law Charles Hart. Though Lorraine passed in 2000 and Francis in 2010, their family strives toward the original goal:
