At Fresco, we have built a great network of relationships with farmers from Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Mexico. Fresco is a proud owner of a 400 acre farm in the Yacatán region of Mexico, producing our own Shishito Peppers, Habanero Chiles, and Tomatoes.
Our farm, in Merida, Mexico has allowed us to work with other neighboring farms to source the best limes the Yucatán has to offer.
