Operating out of 2 privately owned fully certified packing houses, located in Caborca Mexico the company now employs over 4500 employees during the season.
With the fields located directly adjacent to the packing facility the company can guarantee the best shelf life possible.
Moments after the product is freshly harvested it is washed, size/quality sorted, trimmed, packed and hydro-cooled to the optimum temperature.
