With the help of our Horticulturists, field workers, and outside growers we are able to closely work together and utilize our resources much more efficiently. Included in our GAP’s is our IPM process or Integrated Pest Management process which allows us to closely monitor weather, crop stage, and soil moisture using highly sensitive, proprietary instruments.
Kershaw Fruit provides a standard of Sustainability and Traceability that is second to none in the fresh produce industry. By accurately managing inventory with the help of our in house database we can trace fresh packed fruit back to the orchard it was picked from.
