Smith Farms is a family-owned business located in northeast Guilford County, 6 miles north of downtown Gibsonville. Each spring, the greenhouses are full of ferns, geraniums, hanging baskets, vegetable and bedding plants for sale to the public. We also raise our own fruit and vegetable plants from seed that we plant on the family farm. Typical farm produce includes: strawberries, cabbage, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, cucumbers, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, eggplant, field peas, lima beans and October beans! These are available at our farm-side produce stand, the Thursday Elon Market, the Saturday Greensboro Farmer's Market and 7-days a week at the Sandy Ridge Rd Farmers Market.
