Established in 1993, California Specialty Farms began as a boutique specialty produce shipper. Specializing in fresh herbs, hand carved and turned vegetables, and sourcing the unique “bits & pieces” needed to fulfill culinary appetites of all kinds; was and remains one of our hallmarks. Although times have changed and the specialty produce world has evolved, our desire and commitment remain the same! From the smallest overnight package of a single pound of product, to commercial air containers or trucks filled with pallets of mixed commodities-we are feeding the world.
Our in-house processing department is filled with artisans of their trade, hand carving masterpieces to order. Fresh herbs, orchid blooms, and a full line of retail products ranging from salsa kits to black garlic are all done under HACCP certified conditions. We undergo regular inspections by premier, third-party audit agencies, and we are certified organic handlers, too!
