A working farm for over 150 years, Root Farms holds the prestigious recognition of being a New York State "Century Farm." Today the farm is operated by Robin and Scott Root, who have diversified the business. Crops now vary from wheat, field corn, sweet corn, tomatoes, cabbage, soy beans, peppers, pumpkins, melons, and others.
