We are always at the forefront of new technologies and renewal, even in the 1980s. We were one of the first companies in the country to obtain an electronic filing cabinet for sorting our apples. We were also the fourth company in the world to purchase a cold shoe-dryer in 1985.
Since the opening in 1975, the buildings have been enlarged, the equipment has been ultra modernized and the staff have remained loyal to us in all these changes.
The large major food chains in Quebec are our main customers. However, we are developing new national, American and even international markets in order to offer them good products from here.
