Southern Produce began operations in our new, state-of-the-art fresh cut processing facility in November 2010. We are able to provide our customers with the freshest, food-safe produce products more efficiently than ever before. Regularly inspected by the SDCA, USDA, and Department of Defense, Southern Produce has fully integrated HACCP plan, environmental testing, and third party product sampling programs, giving assurance you are receiving safe, quality produce from an approved vendor.
Working closely with South Carolina farms and distributors, Southern Produce uses as much locally grown fruits and vegetables in support of the SC Department of Education's Fresh Fruits and Vegetable program for local schools.
