Food Safety has always been addressed and we practice the FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices and are licensed and compliant with local, state and Federal Food Safety Regulations.
(HAACP) Hazard Analysis and Critical control Point is in place to reduce the risk of food borne illness through appropriate food handling, monitoring and record keeping. Trace back ability is in effect, if needed, for a recall if a food borne illness outbreak occurs. Trace forward ability is also in effect in case we do send out a product that has to be recalled.
Buying local has always been a priority for C.M.B. foods. We appreciate our local farmers and try to support this as much as possible.
