Nestled in the heart of southern Indiana, there is a family owned and operated business made up of fifth and sixth generation farmers specializing in the growing, harvesting, packing, and wholesale shipment of fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains. The story of JMR Farms began in 1882 when Gotlieb Vieck immigrated to the United States from Germany and settled as a gentleman farmer in Vincennes, Indiana. Nearly 140 years later, the JMR story continues as Gotlieb Vieck’s great- great grandson and fifth generation farmer, Terrance Vieck. He along with his two sons and a son- in- law have grown this family farm into a multi-faceted agribusiness, whose fresh produce travels to each corner of the United states, Canada, and everywhere in between!
