Sun One Organic Farm is a small organic farm located in the beautiful rolling hills of Bethlehem, CT located in Litchfield County.
The Maddox family has worked this land in Bethlehem, CT since 1890. Prior to being Sun One Organic, it was a dairy farm called Three Springs Farm.
Upon inheriting the land in 1998, Rob Maddox revitalized the farm with a vision, and Sun One Organic Farm was born. We offer a Summer CSA program, sell to local businesses, and can be found at the Watertown Farmers' Market.
The farm has literally grown every season into what is now 5 acres of beautiful garden plots on top of a hill side, with the original Three Springs still flowing beneath it.
